Understanding the spending propensity of ICT providers in India


This study has helped the client to understand the spend propensity of Indian MSMEs. Also, the expectations from the software providers in terms of training, quality, availability and technical support. Using this study, our client helped one of its custom to customize its offerings to meet the expectations of Indian MSMEs and their usages pattern. Client also helped the customer in building pricing strategy to create a maximum business impact.
